The Bride of Davros!

Paris Hilton has signed up for a leading role in one of the upcoming Doctor Who specials in 2009 entitled The Bride Of Davros.

An insider on the hit show stated Paris is a major casting coup for the show and really raises the bar. We've been waiting to find the right role for her for some time, and she was our first choice to portray the shady temptress who will lure Dalek creator Davros down the aisle......

Planet of the Dead & 4.16 Directors Announced

While James Strong will be directing Planet of the Dead, the Easter special, through January 19th - February 21st the director for 4.16, the yet untitled Summer special has been announced. Greame Harper (pictrured above) will direct. Graeme Harper has been working on Doctor Who for the last 43 years and has directed many classics such as: Rise of the Cybermen, The Age of Steel, Army of Ghosts, Doomsday, many more throughout 3 and 4 and the spectacular finale Turn Left, The Stolen Earth and Journey's End. Russell T Davies and Phil Ford will be writing and it will include the words: Emily, concerto, carrots, legend, gadget, panpipes and "the map of the water snake wormholes". Looks like we're in for a treat

Filming Starts Tommorow

Tommorow the filming of the Doctor Who Specials begins in Cardiff. What do we know? Well we know that part of the last of the specials will be filmed in Dubai. Picture the scene: the Tardis materialises in a windswept desert under a blistering sun and the Doctor steps out on to an undulating dune. Beyond the sands, there is a glittering capital full of futuristic skyscrapers, extravagant edifices and peoples from all over the planet in pursuit of pleasure in the metropolis's plentiful fun palaces.

MATT SMITH IS THE DOCTOR

So who the hell is Matt Smith? Who knows he could be anyone. He was announced as the Doctor halfway into the Eleven Doctors special on BBC1. So what does he like. He likes the song Ruby, Ruby, Ruby, Ruby and has appeared in millions of newspapers. The announcement of Matt Smith as the Doctor caused uproar as he smokes. But many think he'll be okay with his nicotene patches. Billie Piper is gappy with the decision. And he likes to Party. He likes Animals. And he likes a few other things that I can' be bovvered to find a way to sneak them in.
